Keith Lefaiver is the founder and president of Conrad Strategies, LLC. Keith has 25+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce and wholesale industries.
Keith has a passion for entrepreneurial spirit and driving business results. This passion is seen throughout his business experience. Keith has had long term consulting engagements with David’s Bridal and Corele International. Prior to starting Conrad Strategies, Keith held various executive management level positions at Chico's FAS and Victoria's Secret Stores. Over his 8+ years at Chico's FAS, Keith held the positions of Senior Vice President of Planning, Allocation and Operations at the Chico's Brand and Senior Vice President of Planning, Allocation, Finance and Operations at Soma Intimates. He also held the position of Vice President of Planning and Allocation and Senior Director of Planning at Soma Intimates. Over his 7+ years at Victoria's Secret Stores, Keith held the positions of Director of Store Finance, Director of Project Management and Director of Planning. He also held the positions of Manager of Planning and Merchandise Planner at Victoria's Secret. Keith's experience includes positions of increasing responsibility at Circuit City Stores, First North American National Credit Card Bank and Brookstone, Inc.
